Theme 1

Ownership, Action and Direction

3 topics, and what participants can do afterwards
  1. Proactivity: Owning Your Response to LifeParticipants can identify, in a real situation from their own life, where they have been reacting out of habit and name one proactive step available to them instead.
  2. Basic Productivity: Understanding Tasks and Getting OrganisedParticipants leave with a simple task system already set up — on paper or on their phone — and a first list of real tasks captured out of their own head.
  3. The Bigger Picture: Defining Your Goals and StrategyEvery participant leaves with two or three written goals, each with a one-page strategy and a first concrete action they can take this week.
Theme 2

Time, Work and Your Landscape

3 topics, and what participants can do afterwards
  1. Prioritisation: Goals, Pressing Matters and the Pull of DistractionParticipants can sort a real to-do list into the four categories and name the one or two habits of distraction that cost them the most time.
  2. Foundations on How to WorkParticipants can list the five workplace expectations most likely to make or break a first impression, and identify which one they personally need to work on.
  3. Analysing Your Landscape: Personal, Family, Work, Community and FaithParticipants complete a simple landscape map of their own life, marking where they are thriving, where they are struggling, and one honest next step in the area that needs it most.
Theme 3

Habits, Relationships and Lifelong Growth

3 topics, and what participants can do afterwards
  1. Habits: How They Quietly Shape EverythingParticipants identify one habit they want to change, map its cue, routine and reward, and design one small, concrete replacement to try this week.
  2. Soft Skills: Mindset for Healthy, Productive RelationshipsParticipants map their own close relationships by type and support level, and identify one relationship worth investing in more deliberately.
  3. Planning Your Ongoing Education and DevelopmentParticipants leave with a written, one-page development plan for the next six months, tied directly to the goals they set on Day 1.

Every course includes: cases from your sector · delivered by Julien in English or Arabic · applied to their own work · accreditation arranged · personal application plan · HR summary · four-week check-in

You may be wondering whether this fits a team like yours.

Will it fit your team?

Nothing on this page is delivered as it stands. The content above is what your team can work on; the course itself is put together after a needs call, around your sector, your people’s level and your schedule. Recommended: 3 to 6 hours of training a day, in person across KSA or online, in English or Arabic, with accreditation arranged for you.

Every course follows the same three steps: the model is introduced through cases, practised in the room, then applied by each participant to a real task from their own job before the session ends.

  1. Theory, through cases from your sector
  2. Practice in the room
  3. Applied to their own work

One way

Young staff build their working habits by chance, from whatever they see around them.

The other

They leave with a task system set up, two or three written goals with a strategy for each, one habit they are changing, and a six-month development plan.

Young staff will build habits either way. The course decides which ones.

Send the modules you ticked, or none at all. Julien calls you for 20–30 minutes, then sends a tailored outline and proposal within 5 working days.

If the outline isn’t what you need, say so: he can change the mix, take one module deeper, or build a new course around your goal. You pay nothing and commit to nothing until you accept a proposal.

And if he isn’t the right trainer for what you need, he’ll tell you, and point you to what to look for instead.

Frequently asked questions.

Can we choose only some of these modules?

Yes. You can book a single module on its own, or tick several; on the needs call, Julien will confirm which fit your goal and how they combine with modules from other topics.

Can one module be covered in more depth?

Yes. If your team needs to focus on one subject, Julien can expand a single module and take it deeper and broader, into a full course of its own.

How long would our course be?

It depends on the modules you choose and the time your team can give. Recommended: 3 to 6 hours of training a day. The length is set with you after the needs call.

Who is this course for?

Young adults, university students, people entering the workplace, and early-career staff who are ready to move forward.

Is this motivational speaking?

No. It is built on down-to-earth principles of proactivity, planning and habit. Every participant leaves with a task system set up, written goals with a one-page strategy, and a six-month development plan.

Does it cover life outside work?

Yes. One topic maps the participant’s whole landscape (personal, family, work, community and faith), because growth shows up across every part of life.
