My courses aren’t lectures. I use multiple techniques of tuition that help trainees look at their workplace and responsibilities from a different angle and think differently about their tasks. The problem-based aspect of this helps trainees directly implement what we are learning into their own workplace context.

Length varies according to the course and can be adapted to a client’s needs. I suggest a daily load of minimum 3 to maximum 6 hours of training per day. Sessions that go beyond 6 hours tend to bring about fatigue, and the last hours may become counter-productive.
