My training methodology in short
Relevant theoretical models and frameworks are presented through case studies. Trainees carry out practical exercises to get the hang of the model. Finally, trainees implement the frameworks to their actual workplace scenarios in a problem based approach.
I am very happy to provide you with feedback. The feedback from delegates was incredibly positive, they have taken away some very valuable skills, particularly in the area of client communication.
Thank you for sharing your knowledge and experience with the team

Questions, answered
Are your courses accredited by TVTC?
Yes — I work with multiple institutes across KSA that provide TVTC accredited certifications for my courses.
Can an institute hire you?
Yes – I work on a freelance base working with multiple institutes and I am open to proposals.
How do your courses bring change?
My courses aren’t lectures. I use multiple techniques of tuition that will help trainees look at their workplace and responsibilities from a different angle and think differently about their tasks. The problem based aspect of this helps trainees to directly implement what we are learning into their own workplace context.
What is a typical length of your courses?
Length varies according to course and can be adapted based on clients needs. I suggest having a daily load of minimum 3 to maximum 6 hours of training/day. Sessions that go beyond 6 hours tend to bring about fatigue and the last hours may become counter productive.
I thought it was going to be a usual presentation, but for my great surprise it was the opposite. You have the essence of some of my favorite teachers when I was studying my career.
The presentation was really good. You combined personal experiences, life scenarios (like the Hare Krishna) related to sales and customized examples related to our field, tourism.
I liked how you got us all engaged and giving us the chance to give our own examples as well.
I took every screenshot on the type of questions to ask to the potential clients, as that is one of my weaknesses sometimes (and closing is something I have to improve). I would have liked we have more time to go a bit further into the closing part.
Thank you once again, the training was very productive.
